Lillian's work is ultimately about people: their growth, their relationships, their faith, their purpose and the impact they can make.
From ministry and coaching to women's communities, entrepreneurship and outreach, every expression of her work points towards one vision: people who are whole, wise, purposeful and equipped to make meaningful impact. These are some of their stories.
Before I met Pastor Lillian, I wanted more for my life, but I had no clear direction and consistency was a real struggle. She is genuinely present: she listens, she guides, she prays. Through her guidance I became consistent, began taking my goals seriously, and my prayer life grew stronger. She taught me to speak life even in difficult situations. I am still a work in progress, but I am not the same person I was before I met her.
Pastor Lillian has been a tremendous blessing to my life and my business. Her guidance and her belief in me helped me discover a confidence I never knew I had, and taught me to see possibilities where I once saw limitations. She made me understand that my talent is valuable and my dreams are valid. Because of her encouragement, I moved from simply having a passion for fashion to building a business and a legacy from it.
I have known Pastor Lillian for about eight years. I came to her struggling in a relationship, and she welcomed me, prayed with me and counselled me, and what she asked me to do yielded great results. She has been a pillar to me ever since, always ready to listen. The Wise Wives movement then changed my marriage, teaching me to communicate well, handle conflict and pray. Everyone should have a Pastor Lillian in their corner.

Lillian Chidinma Ochemba is a pastor, author, certified holistic life coach, entrepreneur, speaker, community builder and advocate for women, families and purposeful living.
She is passionate about helping people discover who they are, grow in their relationship with God, develop healthy relationships, lead with wisdom and live lives of meaningful impact.
Lillian combines her faith, leadership experience, professional training and passion for people development to create spaces where people can learn, grow, heal, lead and become.
She is particularly passionate about women, especially women in ministry, marriage and leadership, and has dedicated significant portions of her work to helping women become more confident, emotionally healthy, spiritually grounded and purpose-driven.
She is the founder of Oneness.ng, the umbrella platform for her work in outreach, human development, entrepreneurship and spiritual growth.
Lillian is married to Reverend Chima Ochemba and is a mother, pastor and mentor to many.
Lillian's story is one of faith, growth, service and transformation.
Her journey has been shaped by a deep desire to see people become all that God created them to be. Over the years, this passion has taken her through ministry, leadership, entrepreneurship, coaching, writing, community building and social impact.
As she grew in her own understanding of identity, purpose, marriage, leadership and spiritual maturity, she became increasingly passionate about helping others navigate these same areas.
Her work today is therefore not simply built around what she has learned, but around what she has lived, studied, taught and continues to discover.
Through different seasons, Lillian has continued to evolve while remaining anchored in one central conviction:
People flourish when they understand who they are, understand whose they are, and are equipped to live intentionally.
Her story continues to unfold through the lives she influences, the women she mentors, the families she strengthens, the communities she builds and the ideas she brings to life.
Lillian Ochemba is a lifelong learner whose academic and professional development reflects her interests in leadership, business, project management, human development and international affairs.
Lillian holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Project Management from Unicaf University.
Her postgraduate studies strengthened her understanding of business administration, strategic leadership, project management, organisational development and effective decision-making, further complementing her work as an entrepreneur, leader, coach and community builder.
Lillian earned her Bachelor's degree in History and International Relations from Abia State University.
Her undergraduate education provided a foundation in international affairs, historical analysis, research, critical thinking and an understanding of societies, institutions and global relationships.
Lillian is also a Certified Holistic Life Coach, with training focused on supporting individuals in their personal growth, self-awareness, relationships, purpose and overall development.
Her coaching approach reflects her broader passion for helping people grow holistically: spiritually, emotionally, relationally and professionally.
For Lillian, education extends beyond academic qualifications. She believes that effective leadership requires continual learning, self-development and the willingness to evolve.
Her academic background, professional training, ministry experience and years of working with people come together to shape her approach to leadership, coaching, women's development, marriage, entrepreneurship and community impact.
Each expression of Lillian’s calling has its own community and story, and together they form one ecosystem of impact.
Oneness.ng is the umbrella platform for Lillian’s work in outreach, human development, entrepreneurship and spiritual growth. It is carried out through the three initiatives below.
“Wherever the need is, that’s where we go.”
Oneness Outreach is how Oneness.ng reaches into communities directly. It isn’t one fixed programme: it takes the shape of whatever is needed in a place and a season. What stays the same is why: to put a smile on someone’s face, to give people hope, and to introduce them to Jesus.
Held at the start of the year, where believers come to be refilled, and to ask God for direction before the year begins.

See what we offer →Evolvers Coaching Hub is a personal development and goal achievement platform designed to help young people become better versions of themselves and intentionally achieve their goals.
We believe everyone has the ability to become, and the ability to achieve. Sometimes, what is needed is the right structure, discipline, accountability and guidance. That is where we come in.
Through coaching, mentorship, practical assignments and accountability, we help you gain clarity, see life from a better perspective, create the right structure around your goals and stay on track until you begin to see results.
Our coaching cohorts are organised from time to time and focus on practical personal development, growth and goal achievement. Participants receive guidance, practical tasks, accountability and access to a community of people who are also committed to becoming better versions of themselves.
Registration for the next cohort opens 19 October 2026.
Our personalised mentorship packages are designed around what you want to achieve.
Designed to help you put things into perspective, clarify and organise your goals, and establish a practical structure to move forward. At the end of the month, you should have the clarity and structure you need to continue pursuing your goals independently.
Suitable for goals that require a longer period of guidance and accountability. We work with you, follow up on your progress, give assignments, review your feedback and help you stay on track.
For bigger or longer-term goals that require sustained guidance, accountability and follow-through. We walk with you throughout the process, helping you remain focused, disciplined and intentional about achieving your goals.
The duration that is appropriate for you depends on the nature and scope of your goal.
We also have a private mentorship community where selected young people receive ongoing mentorship at no cost.
This is not structured around a fixed one-month, three-month or six-month timeline. The focus is on consistent mentorship, follow-up, encouragement, accountability and practical guidance. We mentor, challenge, push and support members while helping them make measurable progress in their lives and goals.
From time to time, Evolvers Coaching Hub also organises free coaching and growth programs as our way of giving back and making personal development support accessible to more people.
These programs may take different forms depending on the need and opportunity at the time.
When you participate in any of our coaching cohorts, trainings or programs, you become part of the Evolvers community.
The community continues to provide value beyond individual coaching sessions. Members receive updates about upcoming programs, trainings, opportunities, practical growth tips and information designed to keep them learning, growing and moving forward.
At Evolvers Coaching Hub, we don’t simply tell you what to do. We help you understand where you are, clarify where you want to go, create a structure for getting there and hold you accountable along the way.
Each coaching cohort brings together people who are serious about growth, with guidance, practical tasks, accountability and a community committed to becoming better versions of themselves.
The Cost of Being Easy to Replace

Oneness Outreach is how Oneness.ng goes into communities directly. It is not one fixed programme: it takes the shape of whatever is needed in a place and a season.
“Wherever the need is, that’s where we go.”
The outreach is deliberately not streamlined. In one season it looks like seedlings and sacks of soil. In another it looks like sanitary pads and a conversation with a room of schoolgirls about their own worth. In another it looks like food items and clothing, or digging toilets for a community that has none.
What stays the same is why: to put a smile on someone’s face, to give people hope, and to introduce them to Jesus.
Teaching women to grow their own food in sacks, bags and buckets, which works even without land of their own, and buying the seedlings to start them off. For the families who took it up, it changed what that season looked like.
Run several times across different schools: sanitary pads and hygiene, self-confidence, and teaching girls to take care of and protect their bodies. Practical things, handed over alongside the conversation that should come with them.
Working with children and students on a skill they can carry with them: something in the hand as well as something in the head.
Taking basic health care to communities that have little access to it: checks, treatment and the advice that should come with them, given where people already are rather than somewhere they have to travel to reach.
Taking the message out directly, in the open and in conversation. It runs through everything else the outreach does, and sometimes it is the whole of it.
Food items and clothing for families, and practical work in the communities themselves, including digging toilets where there are none.
There is no fixed calendar and no single template. Each outreach starts with what a particular community actually needs, and is put together around that, which is why one looks nothing like the next.
Every outreach is carried out under Oneness.ng, the umbrella platform for Lillian’s work in outreach, human development, entrepreneurship and spiritual growth.
Outreaches are built with people who give their time, their skills and their support. If you would like to be part of the next one, or to partner with Oneness on it, get in touch.
A community for wives who want stronger, healthier and more intentional marriages, built on faith, and on the practical wisdom of walking it out every day.
Wise Wives began in 2025, just after Lillian released The Wise Wife’s Blueprint. The book set out what a wise wife looks like; Wise Wives is where wives keep learning it, together, long after the last page.
It is not a place for perfect marriages. It is a place for wives who want theirs to grow, who are willing to learn, to be honest about where things are hard, and to keep choosing wisdom over reaction.
Practical, faith-rooted teaching on the everyday work of marriage: how a wise wife thinks, speaks, chooses and builds.
Learning to say what needs saying, to listen, and to handle disagreement in a way that draws a couple closer instead of pushing them apart.
Putting prayer at the centre of the marriage, for your husband, your home and yourself, rather than keeping it for emergencies.
Wives walking the same road, encouraging one another and learning from each other’s seasons, so no one has to work it out alone.
“The Wise Wives movement changed my marriage, teaching me to communicate well, handle conflict and pray.”
“The book taught me the wisdom, patience and understanding a strong marriage needs, and gave me so much to reflect on as I prepare for that season. I would recommend it to any woman preparing for marriage, and to wives who want to keep growing.”
The book Wise Wives grew from: Lillian’s guide for wives who long for a stronger, happier marriage and want a clear, faith-rooted way to build one.

A safe and empowering community for women in ministry, and one of the initiatives carried out under Oneness.ng.
Women in ministry spend much of their lives pouring into others: leading, serving, counselling, praying, holding things together. Very few spaces exist where they can be the ones who are poured into.
Lady Vessels is that space: a community where women serving in ministry can be honest about the realities of the calling, be refreshed in their own walk with God, and be strengthened alongside others who understand.
Lady Vessels also comes out of Lillian’s own beginning. When she first stepped into ministry, everything was new to her, and much of the time she felt completely alone in it. Many of her early lessons were learned the hard way.
So Lady Vessels is also for women who are just starting out: a place to find their feet quickly, learn from those who have walked the road before them, and avoid the mistakes Lillian made at her own starting point.
Somewhere to speak freely about the weight of ministry, its pressures, loneliness and questions, without having to perform or be the strong one in the room.
Time to tend your own relationship with God, not just the relationships of the people you serve, so that what you give others flows from a full place.
Encouragement and practical wisdom for the unique realities women face in ministry, leadership and service: balancing the calling with family, health and everything else life asks.
Women walking the same road, praying for one another and sharing what they have learned, so that no one has to carry the calling alone.
For women who are new to ministry: guidance from those further along the road, so they can grow into the calling faster and avoid the mistakes that are so easy to make at the start.
Women serving in ministry in any capacity: pastors, ministers’ wives, worship and church leaders, women running ministries of their own, those who are new to ministry and still finding their feet, and those who sense a call and are preparing to answer it.
If you are a woman in ministry and would like to join the community, or to know when the next gathering holds, get in touch.
At the beginning of each year, Oneness.ng gathers believers to prepare for the year ahead: to recharge, and to seek God’s counsel on how the year should go.
Most people step into a new year still carrying the weight of the last one. The Believers Recharge Retreat exists for that reason: to start the year filled rather than depleted, and with a sense of direction rather than a list of resolutions.
It began in 2025, built around exactly that purpose.
Ministry, work, family and service all draw from the same well, and the people who carry others rarely stop long enough to be carried themselves. For the length of the retreat, nothing is asked of you. You come, you are present, and you receive.
Unhurried sessions with room to linger. No tight programme to keep to, no rushing from one thing to the next: time to actually sit in what is being taught and let it settle.
Sessions built for people who already know the basics and are hungry for more: spiritual maturity, discipline, purpose and the practical shape of walking with God over the long term.
Space to breathe, think and be quiet. Rest is not an interval between sessions here; it is part of what the retreat is for.
Time with people walking the same road. Some of what the retreat gives happens in the sessions; a good deal of it happens in the conversations around them.
Time set aside to pray over what is coming and listen for His direction, so the months ahead are entered deliberately, with a sense of where you are going and why.
Anyone who has been pouring out and needs to be poured into: those serving in ministry, leading at home or at work, or simply carrying more than they have said out loud. First-timers are as welcome as those who have been since the beginning.
Dates, venue and registration for the next retreat will be announced here.
